HOW TO MAKE MEATBALL SAUCE?

In a medium saucepan whisk together soy sauce, water, minced garlic, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a light boil.
In a separate bowl or measuring cup whisk together corn starch and water. Pour into garlic-honey mixture and stir to combine.
Reduce heat and stir occasionally until thickened. Pour sauce over meatballs and stir to coat.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup original stuffing mix ground into crumbs
¼ cup diced onion
1 egg
¼ cup whole milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt

For Honey Garlic Sauce:
1/3 cup lite soy sauce
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water-mix to combine
